At Chuffed, we’re committed to offering you top-quality pet products at the best possible prices. Our Price Beat Guarantee means if you find a lower price on an identical stocked item, we’ll beat it by 5% — because we believe value shouldn’t come at the expense of quality or trust.
To ensure fairness and consistency, the following terms apply:
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a price match under our Best Price Promise:

The product must be identical to the one sold on chuffed.com.au (including brand, size, variant, and pack quantity).

The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase through the competing Australian retailer.

The comparison must be with a publicly listed price from a registered Australian business with an active ABN.

The competitor’s product must be physically located in Australia, with shipping originating from within Australia.

The competitor must offer standard retail pricing (not clearance, liquidation, auction, or marketplace pricing).
- Excludes products sold direct from the manufacturer, or by a business either partially or wholly owned by the manufacturer.
Order Limits
A maximum of 3 units per product can be price matched per customer, per order.
Chuffed reserves the right to decline large volume or bulk commercial pricing requests.
How to Request a Price Beat
To request a match, simply:
Send us a message via live chat or email with a direct link to the competitor’s offer.
Include the product name and quantity you wish to order.
We’ll verify and respond as quickly as possible (usually within 1 business day).
Exclusions
Chuffed Rewards points do not accrue on items that are price matched.
Price matches cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, or loyalty benefits.
We do not match prices from:
Online marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Catch)
Grey market or third-party sellers
Private sellers or classified listings

Price match approval is at the sole discretion of Chuffed.
Chuffed reserves the right to update or withdraw the Price Beat Guarantee at any time, without notice.
This policy exists to support genuine customer value, not undercut bulk, commercial, or resale pricing practices.
