Shipping Options
Free Shipping: Orders over $49 qualify for free shipping Melbourne-wide and Australia-wide.
Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $49 will be quoted for delivery upon ordering.
Express Shipping: Available for metro Melbourne and select postcodes for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Melbourne Metro: 2–3 business days
Regional Victoria: 3–5 business days
Interstate (NSW, SA, TAS, QLD, WA, NT): 3–7 business days (depending on location)
Express Orders: 1–2 business days for eligible Melbourne suburbs
Backorders:
Items marked as backorder will take approximately 5–10 business days to arrive, depending on supplier availability.
We use trusted couriers and Australia Post to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your order’s journey from our warehouse to your door.

You can select “Authority to Leave” at checkout, or your order will be taken to the nearest collection point if signature is required.
Do you ship bulk dog food orders?
Yes — bulk orders (10kg–20kg bags) are available, and many Melbourne customers choose our auto-delivery service for ongoing savings.
Do you deliver dog food across Melbourne and Victoria?
Yes! We deliver to all Melbourne metro suburbs and regional Victoria, with most orders arriving within 2–3 business days in Melbourne and 3–5 business days in regional areas.
Do you deliver outside Melbourne?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide. Delivery times vary from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — Chuffed currently delivers within Australia only.
Can I track my order?
Yes — as soon as your order leaves our Melbourne warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
